Inspect
We check the DPF condition, fault codes and back-pressure. If the filter is physically damaged, we'll tell you straight.
On-car chemical clean
For early blockages, a deep chemical flush and force regen without removing the DPF — same day in most cases.
Off-car MET Clean S
The DPF is removed and cleaned on our MET Clean S machine. High-pressure flushing with controlled heating cycles clears soot and ash the right way.
EGR & radiator cleaning
The same MET Clean S technology can also be used to clean EGR systems and radiators — ask us about multi-system cleaning when you book.
Return
Refit, reset and force regen if needed. Trade DPFs are packaged and sent back, usually within 24–48 hours.

This is the off-car process in our Derby workshop: the DPF is loaded into the MET Clean S machine, high-pressure flushing with controlled heating cycles is applied, and then the filter is inspected before it goes back to the vehicle or back to a trade customer.
